What happens if our website crashes or is unavailable and you want to close a position?

In the unlikely event that our website is unavailable and you wish to close a position, please contact us by email at info@shortsandlongs.com and we will do all we can to assist you, however, you must remember that in this scenario there is a possibility that emails will not be successfully received in a timely manner; and may only be actioned at the prevailing levels at the time of receipt. Please see Chapter 11 of our Customer Agreement – Online Trading Platform.
