Refer a Friend offer - terms and conditions
1) Offer expired at 11.59pm on 21st October 2010.
2) To be eligible to refer a friend to ShortsandLongs.com (S&L), the referrer needs to be a client of S&L and have placed at least four opening trades.
3) For the referrer to qualify for the £30 offer, the referred client (the friend) must use the link in the referral email when opening their account.
4) S&L reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion as to whether or not to open account facilities for any prospective client.
5) The referrer will be paid £30 once the referred friend has placed four opening trades.
6) The referred friend must place the four opening trades within four weeks of opening their account for the referrer to receive £30.
7) S&L members may refer as many friends as they like.
8) Applicants must be 18 years old or over. Accounts are subject to status.
9) Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other ShortsandLongs.com (S&L) offer. Unless otherwise stated, clients reopening S&L accounts do not qualify for the offer.
10) S&L reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice.
11) S&L reserves the right to withhold this offer when it has reasonable belief there has been co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source, or if it has reasonable belief that the offer is being abused in any way.
12) S&L is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion.
13) No staff member (or any relation or partner thereof) of any spread betting or fixed odds bookmaking firm is eligible to take advantage of these offers.
