What forms of payment can I make into my account?

Payment may be made to your ShortsandLongs.com account with a Debit or Credit Card only. Please note that due to regulations imposed by MasterCard, we are unable to process any payments to a MasterCard.

How do I pay into my account?

Card payments may be made to your ShortsandLongs.com account securely, via the ‘credit my account’ function within the ‘my account’ area of the ShortsandLongs.com website.

Do you charge fees for using Credit/ Debit cards?

There is no charge for using a Debit card. When making a payment to your ShortsandLongs.com account with a Credit card, a fee of 1.5% of the value of the transaction is levied on your account.

How do I request money back from my account?

Payments may only be made from your ShortsandLongs.com account, via the ‘withdraw funds’ section of the ‘my account’ area of the website, back to a Credit or Debit card which has been previously used to make a payment. Please note that due to regulations imposed by MasterCard, we are unable to process any payments to a MasterCard.
