When you fill out an application form to open an account at ShortsandLongs.com you will be asked to set up your own unique online password. You will also be asked to create a ‘security question and answer’. Thereafter, your password together with your account number must be entered each time you wish to access your account and trade.
Back To TopIf for any reason you need to change your password, you may do this by logging in as usual and selecting the ‘change my details’ function from the ‘my account’ area. You will need to enter your current password, and then input and confirm your new chosen password.
Back To TopIf you have forgotten your password you will need to click into the ‘forgotten password’ link found on the login screen. You will need to enter your account number and the answer to your pre-set security question. A random computer generated password will then be sent to your email address. Once you have accessed your account you may then change this password for one of your choice. See above – How do I change my password?
